200 days to go

I did 2 runs today each around half an hour. One was 2,75 miles the other 2,1 mile. Feel kind of stressed these days. My workout times feel very good. (Even though they make me eat more afterwards.. ) can see the progress which makes me happy. Still 10K seems hard. Have no idea how hard to run a marathon..

Before staring training I was daydreaming on running half marathon in a year,but it seems hard for a while.. Now short term goal is decreasing body fat by 1% in 6 weeks.
