Days are passing so quickly. After Saturday's workout (burnout!) I rested Sunday and Monday. I did a very quick one today, during lunch time. 30 mins run/walk. But feeling good.

Biraz tarcin
Kelepceli tepsimin tabanini tereyagi ile yagladim, firinin ısıttım. Bir dahaki sefere kenarlarını da yağlamayı düşnüyorum.
Yumurtalarin aklarini ve sarilarini ayirdim, sekerin yarisini aka, yarisini sarısının uzerine koydum. Bir dahaki sefer akini once tek basina cirpip sekeri oyle ekleyecegim. Yumurta sarisina limon kabugu rendeledim.
Ikisinin ayri ayri iyice cirptim. Ayri bir kapta da un, nisasta, vanilya ve kabartma tozunu koydum, eledim.
Ayri çırpılmış yumurta şeker karışımlarını birleştirdim, un karışımını ekledim çırptım. Az daha yağı unutuyordum, onu ekledım. 180 santigrat benim için 350 fahrenhaytta 40 dk pişirdim. Tarifi yazarken fırında bıraktığımı farkettim, çıkardım, üzerine keke değmeyecek şekilde nemli bez koydum, kabuk gibi sertleşmesin diye. Sonradan annemden aslında bunu yapmaya gerek olmadığını öğrendim. Pastanın altını üstüne getirdim, üstü tam olarak dümdüz kabarmayabiliyor. Bir gün sonra ortadan ikiye kestim, sütlü şekerli kahve ile ortasını ıslattım, frosting vardı evde, pasta kreması. Ondan sürdüm içine, muz dilimledim koydum. Üzerini kahve ile ıslatmadım, kremaya göre kek çok yoğun olduğu için kekten küçük parçalar koparıyordu. Son olarak üzerine fındık ezip serptim. Henüz tadına bakmadım. Yumurta tadı olacak mı onu merak ediyorum.

I went to the Gym today. Run/jog/walk for an hour. I tried to keep track of my milage but it is hard, so I am not sure how far it was. (maybe around 7k, if so it was my best ever) I decided to run on indoor track every Saturday. It is better than threadmil. Easy walk/jog during the week. A longer one on weekends. And when it warms up I am looking forward to exercise on bike trails and especially the same course we will run in September.
I am thinking to make a music list for running, could not find a chance to do yet. Today I listened to a radio station, sometimes they talked, sometimes they played some music. I think if you want to run you run. If you want to concentrate on running you do. But some nice music accompanies good.
I added some sit-ups today to make tummy flat. But I ate too much. I hope less then I burned. It is a long journey, I know that I just started. I must be kind with myself. :)

Monochrome?
I wanted to find out how to take monochrome photos. My camera does not have that feature. At least I couldn't find it. Guess basic photograph programs can do it. This is only candle light.

This is a very simple example of the things around us which seems like a face!! He/She is surprised that I was taking his picture. (I think that is a he because he has very short hair! :)) I will keep looking to find some more.

Hello!!
I am glad I could go to the Gym today. Run/walk for 32 mins. (2.3 miles.) Then swam for 45 mins. (1250 m.) After exercise I enjoyed sauna and steam room very much.
Hope I will see some progress in a couple of months. I started eating more after starting to exercise regularly. (can't name it regularly, though; whenever I have time, energy, good health) I keep my bag in the car and on my way home from work I decide to turn left (Gym) or right (goes to gate and home!) Anyway, yes my apetite is good especially after I recovered from my cold last week. And I don't want to end up with extra weight, as I want to loose some.
My face gets totally red when I try to run. It is not a problem as long as I can breath in. Knees are doing okay so far. My first goal is stay injure free.(To be honest, it is as important as not putting on weight!) I remembered to drink enough water today. It really helps.
It was a kind of busy day at work. I wished I was at seaside. (at least for half an hour, please!) I miss feeling the warmth of the sun, listening to the waves, smellin the sea air (it really smells different in Eagean sea, I love it!), feeling the mild breeze.. That is one of the things I really miss here in Dayton. I planned to go to the Ceaserscreek Lake in late summer but could not make it. Maybe I can try in summer.
The summer is not coming any soon. I rained all day and there was a thick fog while I left work. But it is almost February. I don't like the days are passing so quickly. There are lots of things I want to do. Should plan my time better.. During the day work, work, work.. Then rest in the evening, in order to be able to work the next day.. I am grateful that I have my job, I really try my best doing it. But sometimes it becomes overwhelming..
My times at the Gym and resting on the couch are the best part of the day! I broke down my HDMI cable, so I can't watch movies these days.Should check Amazon. Just listening to some programs on my laptop.
My blog seems very pale. I will try to put on some colors, I don't know how.
And I will grade my day 7 over 10. Because I went to the Gym and I chatted on my blog! :)
