My first 10 K

From the beginning of the year I was training for September 10K. I did not have much chance to exercise for the last 2 months and I was recovering from a cold when I ran it. It was a different feeling. Kind of hard exams that I had studied for months or so. Preparing for it was the important part. I was so sore after I ran it. Could hardly walk in the evening of the run.
A couple of weeks ago I had run my first 15 K. And I want to run half marathon next year in March. But after 15 K I still have pain and I started to worry. Hope I didn't injure myself. I will start doing some streches. Muscles feel stiff.

I dont know how far i can go in this running habbit, i am glad i have placed it in my life. When everything goes bad or I feel bad it is a place that i can feel better. If it does not kill you, it will make you stronger!
