I am very excited because i will run my first 10K tomorrow morning. I feel a little tired from yesterday's run but i will have a good rest and will be fine by the morning. I want to finish it in an hour and 5 minutes. or 10 mins. :) I am glad i have a friend to run with me, she is already training for half marathon, so she will be faster than me for sure. But it is quite all right. My first goal is finishing it injury free.
4 July, i finished it. first mile 10.20. second mi 12, 3rd 33 mins, 4mi 44, 5 mi 56 mins, 5,8 mil 1 hour 1 min 55 sec. It was warm. I had side stiches on my right. There was a water stop at mi 3. I wish there was one more. Hat made it warmer. not sure about it next time.
