Woke up very early this morning, tried to sleep more. Ended up finishing the book I was reading. The Complete Book Of Running For Women by Claire Kowalchik. This was the third book i read after starting running. It covers lot of different topics on running. I only felt bad when realized that my 5k running time is not even closer to the lowest time in the traning chart. :)
Nevermind, I told myself. I am a beginner. Just trying to build up a basic training, make running/exercise a habit.
Around 7.30 am I went out for a quick workout around my house. It was windy and cold. Felt warmer soon, but running against the wind was still hard. I was able to measure the distance on the web page below. It was 2.176 miles.

I still have tomorrow to finish tha week but still wanted to write down today. This makes 18,126 miles for this week, a total of 45,7 miles for 4 weeks.
21 days before first run. It can be a 5k or 10k, will decide to go on or to stop after finishing 5k.
