I run around 10 miles last week. It will be interesting to keep track of it. Hope to see some progress.
My back was sore from yesterday's workout. It was my bad, I should have been more careful.
Today I swam for half an hour. I enjoyed my easy workout. And back feels better.
I heard that they measure your body fat/ muscle at one of the Gym I go. I would like to do that. It will be nice to see the difference after 7-8 months.
It was a busy day. So, my work out at the end of the day was like a reward. It is really like that. If I feel healthy enough to go, I should go. It really feels awesome!! I don't know if I would get bored of working out if I did not do it for fun, if it was something that I had to do.
There are no wonderful news going around the world. Sometimes I feel guilty to feel good. Or my little problems are not real problems when I listen to the news.. Being aware of them and feel sorry for them is not enough, I know. Maybe just the first tiny step to be a human being who is aware of.
