220 days to run..

It was a good idea to keep track of weekly milage. I walked and ran 2.9 miles today. And swam for 25 minutes.  Feeling tired but happy. Relaxed I mean.. My knees are a bit aching. Did not push much today..
Trying to make up a running group, don't know if it will work..
