232 days left before 10 K.. Day dreaming.. etc..

Hello!!
I am glad I could go to the Gym today. Run/walk for 32 mins. (2.3 miles.) Then swam for 45 mins. (1250 m.) After exercise I enjoyed sauna and steam room very much.

Hope I will see some progress in a couple of months. I started eating more after starting to exercise regularly. (can't name it regularly, though; whenever I have time, energy, good health) I keep my bag in the car and on my way home from work I decide to turn left (Gym) or right (goes to gate and home!) Anyway, yes my apetite is good especially after I recovered from my cold last week. And I don't want to end up with extra weight, as I want to loose some.

My face gets totally red when I try to run. It is not a problem as long as I can breath in. Knees are doing okay so far. My first goal is stay injure free.(To be honest, it is as important as not putting on weight!) I remembered to drink enough water today. It really helps.

It was a kind of busy day at work. I wished I was at seaside. (at least for half an hour, please!) I miss feeling the warmth of the sun, listening to the waves, smellin the sea air (it really smells different in Eagean sea, I love it!), feeling the mild breeze.. That is one of the things I really miss here in Dayton. I planned to go to the Ceaserscreek Lake in late summer but could not make it. Maybe I can try in summer.

The summer is not coming any soon. I rained all day and there was a thick fog while I left work. But it is almost February. I don't like the days are passing so  quickly. There are lots of things I want to do.  Should plan my time better..  During the day work, work, work.. Then rest in the evening, in order to be able to work the next day.. I am grateful that I have my job, I really try my best doing it. But sometimes it becomes overwhelming..

My times at the Gym and resting on the couch are the best part of the day! I broke down my HDMI cable, so I can't watch movies these days.Should check Amazon. Just listening to some programs on my laptop.
My blog seems very pale. I will try to put on some colors, I don't know how.
And I will grade my day 7 over 10. Because I went to the Gym and I chatted on my blog! :)
