I went to the Gym today. Run/jog/walk for an hour. I tried to keep track of my milage but it is hard, so I am not sure how far it was. (maybe around 7k, if so it was my best ever) I decided to run on indoor track every Saturday. It is better than threadmil. Easy walk/jog during the week. A longer one on weekends. And when it warms up I am looking forward to exercise on bike trails and especially the same course we will run in September.
I am thinking to make a music list for running, could not find a chance to do yet. Today I listened to a radio station, sometimes they talked, sometimes they played some music. I think if you want to run you run. If you want to concentrate on running you do. But some nice music accompanies good.
I added some sit-ups today to make tummy flat. But I ate too much. I hope less then I burned. It is a long journey, I know that I just started. I must be kind with myself. :)
Feeling very tired now..
